specific workflow question

We are new to sharepoint and enjoying it so far.  I am looking for a workflow that will help us work smarter.  Basically we have assigned a document owner to all of our documents.  We would like to send an email to the document owner either:

1. 90 days after the last modification (preferred) or
2. Every 90 days after document creation
3. or just every 90 days to update

Ideas?

This scenario is possible with a Power Automate Flow that runs on a schedule

@Juan Carlos González Martín Thank-you.  This is helpful.  I wonder if you might walk me through my first one?  I can't quite follow as it is different in sharepoint now.
