Some users stuck on verifying while creating Team site

Hi,

Some users are unable to create team sites from SharePoint landing page where they see verifying keeps loading and nothing happens. But they are able to create communication sites and also team channels/sites from Teams application. Also user tried in different browsers and different site names but verifying loads and Next button is disabled as shown below -

I tried creating the same site and works for me. Only difference with these users are they are on different domain but they were able to create team sites before. Not sure if anything has changed from MS or is there any setting that I should be looking.

Hi @fgbh97,

I have created a ticket with Microsoft and my issue has been resolved now. Please check if users have access to https://tenant.sharepoint.com site. This resolved my issue.
