Can anyone confirm whether the Social Features (Likes, Comments) that exist on Modern Pages in SharePoint Online are also available in SharePoint 2019 (on-premises)?

We now had a chance to test this in a SharePoint 2019 environment: The "Comments" and "Sharing" features are available, but there ist no "Like"-Button on modern pages in SP2019.

A kind request to the Microsoft colleagues on this forum: Can you confirm that this behaviour is "as designed"? Just to be sure that what I described above is not a configuration error on our side.
