Site URL missing in Site Usage Report

Hi, we've just noticed an issue with the Site Usage report that is available in the 365 Admin Centre under Reports > Usage > Site Usage.  For some reason when we now view or export this report the Site URL for most sites is blank:

We use this report as part of a Power Automate flow, which uses the URL to check all sites against a smaller list of sites to include in a custom Power BI report.  This was working fine up until recently as the last time we ran the report he URL is now missing so the flow has nothing to look up.

Does anyone know if this change is part of an intended change made by Microsoft or is this some kind of issue/bug?

There is an ongoing incident about this. Check your tenant health center.

Admins may see incomplete usage reports for SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business

Any alternate to get this, for all one drive sites. a powershell script etc
