Show specific web parts to a group/people

Hi everyone,

I don't know if this is a bit odd, but I'll go ahead anyway: we are building a SharePoint site with many webpages. In one of them we put a few web parts such as embedded iframe content, file viewer, etc. 

Permission to see the page is granted for a group of 20 users, but the PDF shown in the file viewer web part must be shown to only 10 of them.

Is this achievable?

There are two ways you could achieve this:
(1) By means of audiences
(2) By configuring granular permissions at the file level
