Hello Everyone, 

New to Sharepoint and need assistance.   I created  a form to be completed electronically but now how do I capture the user's digital IDs? Is it even possible? 

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Where did you create a form? Did you create a SharePoint list to store the form submissions? 

In SharePoint, when user creates a list item, user ID is stored automatically in Created By column:
