Do to the nature of our business we have muliple people opening the same files multiple times a day. We have stressed the importance of locking the file so a duplicate file will not be created but this information has fallen on deaf ears, we are constantly dealing with duplicate files. Is there a way that I block documents every day at the same time and that only one person can work on the documents and once finished at another time the documents are unlocked. This need to be done automatically every day.
