Sharepoint Workflow email notification issues

We have generated workflows on classic SharePoint designer 2010 for audit process. Whenever we upload new document on sharepoint site, workflow gets trigger automatically and send an email notification to audit team to review document. When Audit team reviews it and Approve/Rejects the documents, again approval or rejection notification emails gets send automatically. But now a days it is not sending notification emails after approval/rejection of documents.

 

When we create the new document and upload on sharepoint site, then it is triggering emails. But there are so many document libraries created. It is very difficult to recreate and upload document manually.

 

If anyone is facing same issue or any one know why this is happening, could you please help me for this?
