SharePoint Views - How to grant access to specific users?

Hello! 

I have a SharePoint list with a custom view. I need to give access to my colleague who already has access to the SharePoint site, but cannot see this custom view.

What do I need to do?

@ckeleonu Can this user access the SharePoint list (default All items or other list view)?

If you have created Private (Personal) list view and trying to share it with other users, it is not possible in SharePoint.

You have to create a Public list view which will be visible to all users having access to SharePoint list:
