This is i think a quick question with a quick answer.
I want to just make sure that i could be wrong.
I created an intranet site for our company, but i want to also have a page where all my employees are listed. i got this using the people function but my question is, which Role should my user have(as an admin) to change another user's profile picture.
As i have tested, Global administrator can change the profile picture, but as a share point administrator i don't have the possibility to do so.
Where i am trying to change the user profile picture is under the administration portal for sharepoint - more features - user profiles - manage user profiles - and search the users i know that don't have a profile picture.
