Sharepoint theming does not behave the same on regular sites and hubsites

Hi!

I have created 2 communication sites and applied a custom theme, one of them are a hub site

But the theme does not behave the same on regular communication sites and the hubsite, the color is  transparent on regular site and full on the hubsite.

Is there a way to go around this?

Is there a way to have the hubsite navigation transparent and still being a hubsite?

You can do it with a custom theme else you need to use Modern Script Webpart and do it with CSS.
