SharePoint Team/Comm site left nav, can submenu items be auto-expanded by default?

Greetings to all,

Can I duplicate left navigation menu items between site collections easily?  Expect No.

Can I somehow get submenu navigation items in the left nav to auto expand upon page open...also expecting a No.

Any help appreciated!

You could programmatically configure the navigation for each site so you configure it to be the same for every site

As i think you refer to the new modern look this is not possible as far as i know at this moment. Have some clients who also wanted this have not found a option for that.
