Sharepoint Synced at setup Point. How?

Hello,

I'm tired of syncing new users to their Sharepoints through the webpage, I want this to happen at setup point or in a script specific to the org I'm setting up the user for. 

How do I accomplish this? So it'd be basically like OneDrive, but their Sharepoint would be there already the moment they sign-in to their AzureAD\WorkAccount on their Windows machine.

online first - you can only use the newest and greatest SharePoint and M365 features direct in browser, not in Windows Explorer. I know, it's not always easy... ;)
