SharePoint Survey Access

I created a survey in SharePoint and was wondering if users with Read only access can respond to this survey. I can only seem to get users access by giving them Edit access which then opens up the option for that user to create questions and adjust settings.

@ballislife44 just as an alternative for you to think about, at my company we always do surveys with Microsoft Forms and save each response to a SharePoint list via a flow in Power Automate. Users only need Contribute permissions on that list, not Edit, and don't even know which site the list is on. It works well.
