Sharepoint site privacy setting from private to public

Copper Contributor

I am the owner of Sharepoint one site. Originally, I created the site as private and set permission to limited members. However, after developing a test environment, now I want this site to open to all staff in my company. So, I want to change the privacy setting from private to public. Otherwise, at least remove special permission for this site and inherit from the original permission setting of my company's Sharepoint normal setting. I look for the setting in permission and site edit page but eventually, I couldn't find such a setting. Could you give me your knowledge?

It seems your site is tied to a Group, so what you have to do is to change the privacy of the Group: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/make-microsoft-365-groups-public-or-private-c0a991b3-9c56...

Thank you Juan for your advice.

I think what you mentioned is about Outlook group.

And what I have issue is about Sharepoint group.

So, probably not relating. Do you know how to change a group settings in Sharepoint?
