Good afternoon, quick question for the community...
If an Owner of a SharePoint site adds a new internal member from the site's homepage > "Members" in the top right corner > then "Add Members", and then new member goes to the site, shouldn't they just be allowed onto the site? A user we added a member last week tried getting to the site but received a prompt to ask for permission, sending the admin the request to approve:
Just looking to confirm if this behavior is by design. Thank you!
