I am an admin on my Office 365 account and have created a new SharePoint site and added 4 owners to that site. Unfortunately, none of the owners can see the site and the site was created over a week ago. It also turns out that my admin account can't see a site(s) that a user created.
I am set up as a Site Collection Administrator so I should have full control over all Web sites.
Any thoughts on where the restriction might be?
