Double checking to see if there is a solution for this. My company changed the SharePoint site name and now any previous browser bookmarks take the user to an error that says "Something went wrong. Please try again or refresh the page. Unable to Determine Initial Item." It seems that it redirects to the new site for some users and for some (like me), this message pops up. I have tried clearing cookies and cache over a few days, restarting the browser, trying different browsers, with no luck. I am only able to navigate to the site and save a new bookmark. We have some users who have hundreds of old bookmarks they would potentially need to re-do - any idea what could be causing this and if there is a way to fix it?
