SharePoint sharing - Reporting

Hello, I have actually been on a support call with Microsoft 365 support who told me this is not possible so I am reaching out to try and find some way of doing this that will not take 3 days. 

I need to provide a report on individual folder permissions on SharePoint, ideally by powershell to a CV file.

Alternatively if there is a way to view ALL shared link or to clear all shared links I would like to do that.
