Hi
I'm very new to SharePoint. I'm trying to share folders with users outside our organisation. However the emails do not appear to be being sent. I've looked through the obvious things in settings but can't seem to solve this. I need a very simple guide to how to make this work.

Hi @SabC67,
Can you share (pun intended!) how you are sharing these folders in product today? The e-mails may show up in junk folders as well so please be sure your recipients check there too. Thanks!
