I am experiencing an issue whereby searching within the same document library is yielding different results based on the view.
There are two preset views created. The first and default view displays folders (folder view) and the second view lists all files and doesn't display folders (no folder view).
If a search is performed in the 'no folder view', sensible results are returned and items that are being searched for can be easily identifiable. However, if a search in the 'folder view' seemingly random files are displayed.
Any suggestions on what can be done to make the search function of the folder view perform the same as the 'no folder view'?
