My Sharepoint (SP) problems started when I changed to a new laptop. Needing to sync to my previously sync'd SP files, I asked someone if they knew how to do that and without warning they clicked on 'sync' from SP online. I gotta think that was a mistake vs. starting with my computer and syncing UP, I'm now syncing DOWN.
So now my problems are multiple daily... permissions errors, read only responses, failure to upload...
I need to be able to work on my laptop, save to my laptop, and somewhere in the background invisible to me it's syncing quietly just like my old laptop. But every file save and modification is a several step process.
Can anyone advise me how to reverse the syncing... to tell SP that my laptop is the master and the cloud is its servant?
