SharePoint Properties acceess from OneDrive app

We are Sync the SharePoint online libraries in our desktop computer using OneDrive app.

Is there any possible to change the SharePoint document library properties from this OneDrive window.

Example: we have status column, needs to change this column value from OneDrive Desktop app. Is this possible?

Short answer: no, this is not possible. ODFB does not support metadata like custom SharePoint columns.

Changing properties in the local files (e.g. docx) may work and the modified value ends up in SharePoint but this will probably only work for Office files where the column values are also present in the Office files themselves. So unless you only deal with Office files and the columns are also present in these Office files then it will not work.
