SharePoint Online thumbnail view - Show Title, Modified on hover

I am using SharePoint Online Picture library, where images are being displayed in Thumbnail view.

I noticed that thumbnail image contains Filename + Modified date when we hover over it as per below screenshot.

Is it possible to show Title of the image + Modified date, when we hover over it.

I tried updating the view, column settings but couldn't get to display that in Modern view.

Based on below screenshot, title MyImage should be shown in place of 20170915_095235.jpg

Any inputs would be much appreciated. Thanks.
