How did you also try to login in other browser clear cache etc?

Seems to me it is a hickup

Last time I had an issue like this, someone suggested it could be an ad-blocker. I was using the uBlock Origin Chrome extension, which only affected Site Contents (the whole page would render white). Assuming your customers are using Chrome, you might check what extensions they're using.

This issue happaning all type of browser and all users with Different customers tenants

I am having the same issue on various pages.  I haven't been looking at code/F12 but am using IE 11 and find that pages often render blank.  Sometimes a refresh addresses, other times close/reopen.  I am mostly concerned with the general users experience (I am helping them launch in O365) and can't really ask them to do things like clear cache and change browser config and such when they have issues - it just needs to work for them.  Wondering if others are having same issue and if changing SP settings for list and library experience to Classic helped.

Nati,

Did you ever get this fixed?  If so, what was the solution?  I've been having the same issue with one of my accounts for the past week, or two, and have got no where yet.

I am getting this same behavior today - on my two machines in all browsers - but if I use an Incognito window and log in as another user, I can see site contents.

Fiddler shows lots of 404 errors accessing various urls on spoprod-a.akamaihd.net

I'm also seeing this (I'm a Targeted Release user) across browsers and across machines. Only my user though... so far.

Hello,

I am also seeing this experience.  Only my user at this time across all browsers.

I'm having the same issue as well. I've tried four different browsers and two different machines. I have full admin access to everything on every site...except Site Contents. It just gives a blank screen. I've used a different admin user and it worked just fine on any site.

There is an Incident now from Microsoft :(

SPO.PNG

It is odd though, I can view any item that is displayed in the Classic Experience. Unfortunately, our default experience is the New Experience, leaving me dead in the water on viewing most of our lists and libraries. I guess we have to wait this out?

It is working again for me now.

It's working for me as well. According to the incident this affected first release users - however of our 16 Targeted Release users, it only affected me.

It is working for me again as well.

@swmorgan@kimberly this issue has started appearing again, can you please validate if it is working for you.

@Nati Papirovitch See this behaviour on IOS Mobile Browsers ... edge, chrome just cant see site content list, most other functions working

@David Low We have the same problem today. For us it's only an issue in Chrome (so far) - FF and IE11 are okay.  Chrome version isn't current  - v66 -  but that's managed by IT here and it's Msft's responsibility to ensure reasonable browser compatibility and test against recent versions. Nothing in SHD so far.

Hi All, the issue is resolved now on updating the Chrome version and updating the windows update. Not sure what has happened with the old version of the Chrome.

PC versions of the browsers are ok for me, Mobile (IOS) versions of the browsers will not list Site Contents
