Hi Everyone,

I've spent most of today trying test and track down an answer to this.

My goal:

As a Modern SharePoint admin I want my "Search Query Rules" to appear in the search results when they search words match my key words exactly AND also when any one of the key words exists in the users query.

e.g. I have a "Query rule" with keywords:promapp;process;promapp process; . I want the "Promoted result associated with this query rule to be shown to users who use any of the following search terms:

- process

- financial account process

- Process for lender verification

- Vendor process (financial)

Could someone let me know what the settings are (with screen shots) that will display my "Promoted result" for ALL of these scenarios.

Using the following query conditions I can get my promoted result showing for all but the last one in the list where "process" is in the middle of the searched for terms.

Query conditions - Advanced query text match

- query contains one of these phrases "process;promapp;promapp process"

- tick : entire query matches exactly

- tick : Start of query matches, but not entire query
- tick : End of query matches, but not entire query

-radio button : Assign entire query to {subjectTerms}

thanks for the help :)
