SharePoint online modern site template

Hi everyone!

I'm kind of new to all the SharePoint Online framework.

I'm making a hub with couple of sites and every site will have multiple sub-sites.

I wish to maintain the same customize look for every sub-site = creating and using templates.

But I'm facing a problem where I just can not make template out of my modern site.

The option just not exist in the site actions.

Is there any way to create template out of an ALREADY EXISTING site and not create it through PNP or PowerShell?
