SharePoint Online - how to copy site collections to a different tenant

Hi 

I have a requirement to copy some (large) site collections from one SharePoint Online tenant into another SharePoint Online tenant.

What is the best or recommended method(s) to accomplish this.

I would use a product called ShareGate.
