We are trying to use the Highlighted Content web-part and filtering by using a Managed Property.
It is working as expected, but, it only returns records (pages) that was either created or modified in the past 30 days.
The scenario is as follows:
We have our main site (Communication type) and a few 'hub' sites.
On the hub sites we want to retrieve pages from the main site filtered by a column (also created as Managed property for this column) that was added to the main site's Site Pages list.
If we use the Highlighted Content web-part on the hub sites without any filtering, it is retrieving all pages (created\modified) for the current year.
If applying the filter with a managed property, it only retrieves pages for the past month.
Is there a setting that needs to changed somewhere, or how can I overcome this limitation?
