SharePoint Online: Converting from Document library to list library

Is there a way to convert a Document library to a list library ?

@ASH94 Are you trying to convert document library to "list"?

If yes, unfortunately it is not possible to convert document library to list as you cannot change the base template of document library.

You will need to create a new list manually. If there is any data, you can create a power automate flow to copy it to new list or use "Edit in grid view" option to add data manually in bulk.

If the document library has an existing list that contains the list items created by the document library entry, is there anyway that the newly created list has the same relationship with the existing list?

New list created manually will not have any relationship with the existing list. If you want to connect both the list using lookup columns, you can use SharePoint lookup columns as mentioned here: Create list relationships by using lookup columns
