SharePoint Online - A list column with 'Date and Time' Type couldn't be updated

Hi team,

We are facing issue with a document library. The list has a column with 'Date and Time' Type (named Date of expiry). It is not updating when we edit in quick edit as well as edit properties in below location. Few items we are able to modify and after a couple of hours, it is coming back to old value. 

Below steps, we have tried to resolve

• Created a personal view – Not working.
• Created a new column – It is working but we have multiple documents to update dates the new column in all document libraries.
• Time format changed to 24 hrs.
• Reindex completed.

Anyone, could you please share your suggestions on this issue to get it solved. Thanks in advance.
