SharePoint Modern site - anchor section to navigation bar.

hi

Is there way to anchor the link of a section from a page to navigation bar and when user click on the menu will view the particular section not the whole page?

As of now, I see that it just open up the page, even after I put the link of the anchor section to the navigation bar.

How come it can be done on the quick link and not the navigation bar with the same link?  think it is really useful to have it on the navigation bar.

I am having the same issue @bbsin. Unfortunately that article doesn't help.

Why would something so simple and so useful not work? Very frustrating.

@Marko, I created as header and use it's link to anchor, that the best it can go
