SharePoint modern page comments, like and Page view

I was looking for options in a SharePoint modern page to have like, comments and page view as discussed on ignite video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y5ho_NL0aKY . 

Because of unavailability of these controls on page and the inbuilt comments are dynamic in nature, it's difficult to bring this detail to modern pages or sending email notification on comments .

Is this something going to release to office 365 tenants soon?

I don't have this feature yet in my modern pages so I guess is being rolled out by Microsoft...however I have some other features such as ability to modify images added to a modern pages or the rich text editor panel for modern pages

Can we know who all users viewed the page?
For example if we have a page view of 52 views, can i somehow get which all 52 users viewed the page?
