SharePoint Lists Co-authoring

Copper Contributor

Hi,

The Microsoft Lists co-authoring experience while using the Quick edit is not working for us but I was able to test it in another tenant with a another device.

What could be the cause ?

  • Feature not yet in our corp. tenant ? How to check ?
  • Network ? We are using a proxy, what should we open ?
  • Browser version ? I'm using Edge Version 121.0.2277.128
  • Browser policy ? Which one should I check ?

Many thanks

All new features in the Microsoft 365 are not released to all tenants globally at a time. Sometimes it maybe based on the region/country you are from or the type of environment you are using (GCC high, GCC, etc.).

Also, targeted release M365 tenants will get the new features before standard release tenants. Check: Set up the Standard or Targeted release options

@ganeshsanap Thanks for you reply.

I'm aware of the process for receiving updated, but from my understanding the feature is now fully deployed everywhere. I'm not able to locate the exact roadmap ID about this feature but I was announced for an availability during August last year so I believe the feature should be working.

I'm looking for the roadmap ID of this feature to confirm or other element I could perform a check like network or browser policy that could also block

Ok, I think I found the M365 roadmap link for above features. Check: SharePoint: Microsoft Lists - User experience (UX) update

You can raise a support ticket with Microsoft directly to understand why it is not available for your tenant: Get M365 support - online support

Thanks for locating the roadmap ID.

After extended testing the problem is coming on our proxy configuration
We had to exclude svc.ms from the proxy if this info can help someone 🙂
