Sharepoint lists - Calculate query

Hello, First time posting. I'm quite a novice to this stuff. So apologize up front if this is a very simple question. 

In SharePoint list I am trying to create a simple inventory system. 

I need to though have totals of stock based on a unique ID. 

Example below : 

Is this possible in a calculated column in lists?

Unlike Excel a calculated column can't loop through all the items with a particular ID and give you a total, it only works on the current item. You could create views of the list, 1 for each ID and turn on Totals in the list settings.
