I have created a Powerapp form from a sharepoint list. I want to allow everyone within the organisation to be able to access the list only but not the entire Sharepoint site. Also, the user will only be able to view items that they added to the list and not items created by others (only the site owner can view all). For this, i have done the following.
List settings - permissions for the list - created a group that allows 'everyone' to create items only
List settings - advanced settings - allow users to view their own items.
The above steps seem to work when tested, however, it appears that users are unable to open the Powerapp form which is connected to the list. The Powerapp form will be used as the interface for users to create a Sharepoint list item.
