Various users are updating different fields in a SharePoint List. Different parts of the list fire off approvals and notifications using flows in power automate. About 50 people have access to this list, which is accessible both in sharepoint and in a teams channel. I do not have specific access restrictions or permissions set up but users are reporting that they are not seeing all updates. They see the original entry but do not always see the subsequent updates. I have had them try clearing browser caches, refreshing, and logging out but they do not see updates. As the owner I see all updates but not all members have the same experience.
