I have over 30 templates located located under the new button and templates in sharepoint. For now I am trying to create a less sophisticated process to get us started. Before I use Microsoft flow to fill in the field using plain text control I would 1st like to get my feet wet by using a template and the mail merge function that exists in Microsoft excel to fill in the fields. In the desktop version of Microsoft excel I am able to pull up the mail merge content control form that identifies each mail merge field in the word template. However when I pull the template in sthe harepoint environment as a template I do not see anywhere where I can pull up the same form and just run through it to fill out each mail merge field. Is there a way to do this in sharepoint? Or this does not exist the sharepoint environment. Thank you for reading.
