SharePoint List - Calculated Column

Hi,

I have a SharePoint list showing the following:

Is it possible to get another calculated column that shows the difference between the "Expiry Month" and "Today Month" but to show the difference like "6 months, 3 months, 5 months, etc"?

I don't think you can do that using the Standard Sharepoint list the preferred thing for this will be going toward PowerApps the low code no code option... where you could do logic and code behind the seen and you will be able to have that data in the Sharepoint list with help of Powerapps codes..
