Sharepoint List Backup & Reporting

Good morning all,

Please see attached "Sharepoint List Backup & Reporting".

One report is required containing all info for channel 1,2 & 3 attachments, conversations etc.

Daily backup is also required.

Should the above be possible, setup will need to be easily updated to suit added channel as the project progresses.

As always, any assistance would be very much appreciated.

Backup options for any workload in Microsoft 365 are limited to third party tools...there are some and you must be aware that for instance backing up Teams is limited to the possibilities provided by Microsoft with Teams API. In a nutshell, there are not backup vendors that can ensure everything is going to be properly backed up
