As the creator and owner of the files as well as the entire site, I am encountering a lock symbol next to the files in my OneDrive desktop application, preventing me from making any edits.
Despite being the rightful owner of the files and having approved them, the lock symbol persists, restricting my ability to make necessary modifications. This problem affects not only files associated with Microsoft Office applications but also extends to other applications unrelated to Microsoft Office. Also , all the files are Checked in .I have made efforts to resolve this issue, such as changing my license to Business Standard. However, these attempts have proven futile as the lock symbol continues to impede my ability to edit any files. Even when I set the approval status to "APPROVED," the problem remains unresolved.
