Sharepoint Item shows to user who entered only (Missing for all other users, including admin)

We have a list that was recently created. When a user enters an item, they are the only one who sees the item. Even the admin does not see any items. The item-level permissions are not limited, so everyone should be able to see it. What else could be causing this issue?

@AgoraEP Try below suggestions: 

  1. Login using Site collection administrator (SCA) account (not site owners) & check if you can see all list items
  2. Double check if item level permissions are enabled from List settings > Advanced settings
  3. Check if any filters are applied in list view settings.
  4. Item level permissions might be applied programmatically (for example - power automate flow)
