I am working on a project on sharepoint 2013. It has 2 custom list (Parent & Child). The parent list has information like the business name, contact person, address, email address and phone number. My task is to create an inventory form which has a lookup/drop down to select the business name and when you select the business name it populates other information as read only. Changing the drop down, changes the information populated. I was able to link the field using the lookup but they only shows up as column on my table and does not shows up on the form. I am new to sharepoint, please advise what i am missing.
