I have a particular user that when accessing a specific site, it seems to show them offline -- greying out the option to click on their profile, access the M365 apps menu in the top left corner, and prevents them from utilizing the command bar in lists and document libraries. This goes away when they navigate to other sites on the tenant but they aren't able to make any updates. Any ideas on what's going on or how to solve? I can't find anything on google in reference to similar issues.
@ajcarlos Can you add the screenshot if possible, how is it shown to user?
Also, ask that user to try clearing browser cache and cookies (All time) and see if it helps with this issue.
