SharePoint File and Folder Sharing Links Configuration Change Required

Currently the SharePoint Admin Center will only allow 3 choices for SharePoint wide level default.

- Specific people (Only the people the user specifies)

- Only people in your organization

- Anyone with the link

I would like to see the settings changed to the ones you have to drill to site level for. This extra step is administration overhead that can be eliminated.
