SharePoint drive mapping issue

We've recently migrated our users to Office 365 and setup a SharePoint team site for file collaboration.

We've followed the instructions on how to map a network drive to SharePoint and it's working for everyone accept this 1 user, at the last step clicking Finish, the password screen keeps reappearing back after clicking Ok.  

As indicated, we've done exact same mapping for all other users with no problem, so it has something to do with this computer or this user account.  

Please advise.

Were those official docs as I don't believe that scenario is supported by Microsoft.

Although a big change for users there should be no reason that they like the millions of other users shouldn't with some training be able to get their head around using the OneDrive Sync client.
