Hello everyone i worked with SharePoint 2013 in the past and recently updated to SharePoint Online (Office 365). I want to create a document library for document management. The idea is that members can upload Documents into the document library but no one should be able to see them until i reviewed them. After the "review" everyone can see and interact with that document. Is that possible to implement?
Is it doable with check-in & check-out feature or is a different Approach needed?

Use Content Approval (under Library settings > Versioning Settings)
with Draft Item Security == "Only users who can approve items (and the author of the item)"
Grant yourself approval permissions
