Good morning everyone,

 

I've got two questions regarding the Document Set function. 

1.  Can we define the "search keys" for a Document Set which is used for a project? 

For example, a project involves 3 districts(D1, D2, D3), 4 Lot no. (L1,L2, L3,L4), and 5 addresses (A1, A2, A3, A4, A5)

2.  Do we need to assign a specific search key to a document before uploading it onto the Document Set?  

For example, if a project document involves 1 district (D2) , 2 Lot no.(L1, L2), 2 addresses (A1, A5), we then need to assign these attributes to this document.

BTW, do you guys prefer using Document Set or Document Library for managing project documents? and why?
