I have a document library such as below filled with instructions and work procedures.
I need a way to register the training of many operators for each document.
A list, a skills matrix or something like that where each person is graded per document, i.e. 0 (not trained) to 5 (able to train others).
The people who need to be trained do not have accounts, so a sort of sign off via email is not possible.
Any who has an idea how to do this?
