An issue has appeared over the last 2 months and is very intermittent. All within the same organization, users share links or copy and paste SharePoint documents via email. Sometimes the users can click on the link, and the document opens; other times, it requests More Information and ask to enter your password. Entering the password always fails, but if you click Cancel, the document opens.
We notice this on the Microsoft 365 waffle; users will click on say Forms and More Information box pops up but clicking Cancel proceeds to Forms. This is very intermittent and only occurs once or twice a week but across all users.
Has anyone experienced this issue, or is it a known issue?
